Arguments with our ID
- ID want to collect 2nd deposit when hacking start. When we say wait till tiles arrive, she ask for delivery of the tiles and leave them openly near the void deck.
- She never noticed there's a sewage pipe hidden previously in the kitchen. In the end, we bought a fridge, found it was too tall. She flatly blamed us for buying too fast, don't want to redraw kitchen design, rehack base also must pay. In the end, we going to buy another fridge. Worst of all, we were the ones to notice the pipe and inform her ...
- Brought us to see lights with another customer. In the end, left us with the salesman and she gave her attention to the other customer. Laater, she blamed us for using square downlights ... hey, why blame us? She was the one who talk to the salesman and that what he recommends!
- Toilet accessories shopping - don't want to help us visualise the layout of toilet stuff ... no patience, keep saying we fickle-minded.
- When installing toilet fittings, told us to go new flat at 10:30 a.m., but plumber arrive 11:30 a.m., but never ask where we want to install and left. She herself came at 1p.m. Only took half-day leave ... late for work in the end.
- Promised $1200 for 4 x Nyatoh doors with door frames but now quote me $1380.
- Promised us one price for 44ft kitchen cabinet but now cost about $400 more.
- False ceiling not built according to design but never inform us.
- Not receptive of our ideas, always want the fast way out. Not willing to listen.
- Now built-in wardrobe is blocking the rm dr, cannot open fully.
- Now aircon is blocked by built-in wardrobe ... how is the rm going to be cooled then?
- Never provide ABS trimming for kitchen cabinet.
- Don't want to provide electrical testing. Wants to charge much higher if testing needed, like $400+ more.
- Now living rm lights not bright enough, blamed us for choosing warm white for the 4 corners ... we were thinking of creating a warm cosy effect :(
